I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally offer a wine from the spectacular Ca de Noci. Well, better late than never for this bottle-fermented lambrusco.
"This is a rather special Lambrusco, made with long maceration of the Sgavetta grape. Deep fruit, dark tannins. Named after an Etruscan wine vessel - Kyathos - discovered near their farm. Testament that the area has long been regarded as a special one for grape growing."
