
"Bocca di Rosa 2018 is a pet-nat made from a direct press of organically-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with a little Gamay which has been macerated for a couple of days. Native yeast and minimal sulfur used.
This lovely pet-nat is left on the lees to give it a creamy, toasty quality along with aromas and flavors of tamarind, orange peel and red currant, combined with elements of spice."
