I've been after these wines since I launches, so it's a real pleasure to be able to offer them.
François works incredibly cleanly for distinctive wines really like no other.
Here's some tech to get you hot and bothered:
"Gamay ( from Debourg) destemmed by hand, Chasselas (Quincy, Loiré) whole bunch 2-3 weeks in concrete tanks. Chardonnay and Aligote from Maçon fermented whole bunch in Amphore before everything is brought together and left to rest in oak foudre for 12 months before bottling."
If that doesn't make your lips smack, I can not help you.
It's like all of the best regions of France coming together to make the perfect serve chilled acid-drenched rich fruit experience.
