Translated as "The Valley of the Dreams", La Combe Aux Reves in Jura-adjacent and Swiss neighboring Bugey makes miniscule amounts of magical wines, and I can't imagine a better introduction than this direct press, unfined/unfiltered/unsulphured low ABV high acid, salty and easy drinking stunner.
