Technically speaking:
"A generous white wine that comes from 50 year old Menu Pineau vines planted on clay-silex based soils. Hand-harvested then directly pressed. The wine’s spontaneous fermentation lasts between 15 days and 1 month and remains on the lees the entire time with no temperature control. Aged for 30 months in old barrique; unfiltered."
Wherein "generous" equals an oxidative white, meaning as it aged and evaporated, it wasn't topped up, resulting in a caramel like richness and texture that no words can do justice to.
