I am pickier than your average sparkling wine drinker, so, was delighted by this beautiful ancestral love letter to Gelber Muskateller (incidentally a grape that ranks as my favorite).

Buoyant, fun, chalky and incredibly aromatic - it is a delight in the glass and down the hatch.
