It’s a bit of a misnomer to file this under “rose” - Sylvan Pataille is well-represented on this list, and for good reason - he is a true wizard of biodynamics in Burgundy; This rich, revealing and profound elixir is more of a W I N E than merely rose, from vines planted in the 1930s!

Beloved by those who know it, people infintely grateful for those who don't know it so we can all have more. 

Not a lot of 2019 to go around, so - here for a good time, not a long time.
