"The winemaking is masterful - destemmed macerations in jars and tanks ranging from 21 to 65 days, followed by 9 months aging in tank. The nose opens with plum and pear, initially slightly reductive but quickly blossoming into beautiful white fruits. On the palate, it's laser-focused - mineral, gloriously sapid, with gentle tannins and impressive length. So incredibly drinkable!"
