"Patrice left a busy life in IT in Paris to return to the Jura and pursue his dream of making wine. He farms 4ha of biodynamic vines in AOC Arbois, including the famed Côte de Feule of Pupillin and Les Corveés and channels his love of jazz, tremendous technical capability and vision in the cell into artistically inspired and thought-provoking wines. He also makes a little bit of wine from negociant grapes that he sources from friend farmers around France that he bottles under “Big Bunch Theory”."
