I was initially skeptical of these wines.

I'd seen them on shelves of darkly-stained wood shelves and they just seemed so... oblique.

I eventually conquered my fear and tried one... holy HELL.

While these may not be cool and the price is unapproachable, even for the Jura, I am a bit of an evangelical for these vibrational and energized wines.

This is partially sous voile, which is one of the more wild and alchemical aspects of winemaking in the Jura that I find beyond echanting.
