Available for the first time on the West Coast, Fattoria al Fiore makes honest and pure wines, with both hybrids and vinifera. 

Here a high-acid and ripping rosé featuring, in my mind, the iconic Japanese varietial Musat Bailey A. 

I drank this on a sweltering Palm Springs afternoon and it was a slippery , mineraly treat.
