"In Italian, Piacere! is a greeting meaning "Nice to meet you!" This is one of the wines we released for the first time in 2018 when we opened our own winery, with strong feelings attached, and since then we have continued the same production every year to never forget our original intention.

In a large tank, fully filled with destemmed ripe Steuben grapes, only the juice that comes out by its own weight (free run) is used, resulting in an incredibly pure and luxurious taste.

Since it is made in a rustic style by bottling before fermentation is complete, there is a strong risk of it spraying out when opened. We strongly recommend chilling it well and opening it slowly while releasing the gas gradually in a bowl, rather than opening it all at once."
