Available for the first time on the West Coast, Fattoria al Fiore makes honest and pure wines, with both hybrids and vinifera.

Hokujun is a cross-breed of Muscat used widely in China and Japan.

" The grapes harvested from mid to late October were vinified on the same day they were picked. The grapes were destemmed and fermented separately in resin tanks. Maceration lasted 35 days for the Cabernet Sauvignon and 30 days for the Hokujun, after which they were pressed. The Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in old barrels, while the Hokujun was matured in stainless steel tanks, for approximately nine months. The  wines were then blended and bottled in November 2023."
