"A fully biodynamic estate located near the medieval town of Eguisheim, Alsace Hubert & Heidi meticulously farm 3.8 hectares of vines all by two horse named Douce and Skippy. A dry and hot year in Alsace this wine comes in a bit fuller bodied than the rest in the tasting. 30 day maceration in neutral barrels results in ripe fruit and structured body with stewed raspberry and strawberry. This one can aged very well over many years, no added sulfites"
