While this has been described as rosé, I would venture to say this is generally a really exciting, really evocative red wine, that certainly needs some time to open and reach it's potential. 

But, holy moly - once it does, an hour or so in, is really spectacular.

Grapes: 96% Pinot Noir, 4% Riesling

Making of: 40% of the blend is whole bunch pressed, co-fermented Pinot Noir and Riesling; 50% was destemmed + small part of whole bunches on skins for 10 days; 10% underwent carbonic maceration for 5 days. Aged 9 months in steel. No filtration, no fining, no additives."
