"A wonderful expression of Poulsard, from young vines surrounded by nature and planted over grey marl. Half the grapes fermented as whole bunches, whilst the remainder were pressed directly, to lend a brightness in what was a warm year. The wine spent two years in a combination of old barrels and vats, and offers the variety’s telltale notes of red fruits, blood orange, earth, funk and spice."
