"Made from grapes grown on clay and limestone soil in Marseillan, Terret Bourret (10 years) 70%, Sauvignon (25 years) 12%, Picpoul (26 years) 8% and Muscat d’Alexandrie (41 years) 10%. The Terret and Picpoul is vinified with direct pressing, the Muscat and Sauvignon is manually destemmed, macerated for 40 days in vat. After the are blended its aged on lees in vats for 6 months."

One of the most memorable wines I've experienced this year.
