Meticulous work for this vintage: the bunches are sorted one by one. The least ripe grapes are pressed directly, and the rest are macerated for 25 days. Then a long aging of 24 months on slats.

A surprisingly very very fresh juice! On red fruits, vegetal, it is lively, expressive and very slightly tannic."
