"The only cuvée of the 2020 vintage using fruit from Antoine and Julia’s locality in Jura, Como el Agua is made from a 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The two cépages macerate together as whole bunches for two-and-a-half months before pressing. At only 11% alcohol, there’s a surprising amount of softness and maturity to the palate, with roundness outlining the delicate fruit and gentle tannins."
