1 year aging in old oak barrels after direct pressing - Chardonnay and Savagnin from the Jura, Auxerois from Alsace and Mauzac from Limoux. 

Despite the greater presence of Chardonnay, this has pronounced Savagnin apple/acid, but much richer than you're used to - a delight!
