"A blend of two-thirds Beaujolais Gamay and one-third Auvergne Gamay, this cuvée brings together two complementary expressions of the grape variety. Vinified with the same low-intervention approach that characterizes the estate, it prioritizes fruit, freshness, and drinkability. The nose reveals crisp cherry, redcurrant, and violet, enhanced by a delicate spicy note. The palate is juicy, supple, and particularly energetic, with a salivating finish that immediately invites another glass. A red wine of pure pleasure, ideal with bistro cuisine or a nice charcuterie board."
