"The grapes are hand-harvested, brought to the winery by a horse, destemmed and gently pressed. Only natural yeasts are used and the juice undergoes an extended maceration. Fermented and aged in a large wood tank (500 Liters) for about 18 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2 added.
Personality: rustic yet deep and intriguing. Dense, with lovely tannic structure and notes ranging from ripe black fruit to tobacco and wet earth. A real treat and legendary wine."
