"This wine is primarily Gamay with a small splash of direct-press Pinot Gris. The Gamay was all pressed on one day, after 4 days on skins. A 500-liter puncheon consisting of primarily free-run Gamay was later blended with a 300-liter barrel of Gamay pressings and the Gris. Bottled under crown cap.
