Based in Bugey, working 4Ha with utmost care. Everything is carefully considered in the vines and surrounding with a big focus on biodivesity and agroforestry. New vines are ungrafted. Local beeswax used to seal the bottles.

Rita & Rova is all Gamay from the younger vines. Destemmed grapes have a 3 week maceration before pressing , no added sulphur.
